Customer Satisfaction
We guarantee complete satisfaction with every one of our services. Until our clients are entirely delighted with their solution, we don't give up. That is our pledge. The Angle shall not, however, ever be held liable for failing to meet excessive demands or expectations. THE ANGLE reserves the right to determine whether a request or expectation is fair and falls within the parameters of the services it is willing to provide to its client. It is no longer THE ANGLE's obligation or commitment to please the customer, for instance, if the client purchases one service but THE ANGLE determines that another service is necessary for the client to be completely satisfied. In other words, THE ANGLE promises complete fulfillment within the bounds of the original contract with the client, according to THE ANGLE’s understanding.
Payment Terms:
Upon signing the agreement, the full amount should be received in advance inorder to start the project. When the project is finished and all funds have been received, services are delivered. Additional services have additional costs, either on an hourly basis or on a fee-for-service basis. Clients are charged the appropriate amount if they need additional services, which is added to their invoice.
All project statuses are changed to "completed" when three months have, unless expressly stated otherwise. This indicates that the project will be completed and no further work will be done on it. This does not apply to specialized services, which are rendered only in accordance with client payments and unrelated to the progress of the project.
Project Completion Delays can Occur When:
A delay in payments is present.
The customer orders an extra project-related service.
Any materials from the client are being received slowly.
Time frame projections are simply estimates and may be modified at any time at THE ANGLE's discretion. THE ANGLE reserves the right to decide at any time and in its sole discretion to halt a project.
